What happens to my warranty if I sell or trade my vehicle before my warranty expires?
Should you decide to trade your vehicle or if your vehicle were to be totaled in an accident, you can cancel your warranty and receive a pro-rated portion of the premium. If you choose to sell your vehicle, the warranty can be transfered to the next owner for an administration fee of $50.00. The warranty can be transfered once.

Can I buy a warranty even if my factory warranty has already expired?
Yes! Vehicles with less than 50,000 current miles will qualify for a new car Bumper to Bumper Plan and vehicles under 100,000 current miles qualify for a Used Prime Coverage regardless of the vehicle purchase date.

What is the difference between new and used car coverage?
New car plans are similar to the original factory warranty and are exclusionary plans. Everything is covered except routine maintanence items such as brakes, tires, fluid changes etc.. Used car Prime coverage is stated coverage and lists exactly those parts which are covered ie: engine, transmission, A/C unit, power motors etc. New car plans are available on vehicles up to 50,000 current miles and Prime used coverage is available on vehicles up to 100,000 current miles.

If I buy a vehicle with less than 150,000 miles can I get coverage?
In most states and in most cases we can provide an extended warranty on higher mile vehicles, however, the warranty must be purchased within a few days of the actual date the car was purchased.

Where can I take my vehicle for repairs in the event of a breakdown?
In most cases we ask that your vehicle be driven or towed to the nearest dealer of your vehicle type. If that is not possible at the time, you can go to any licensed repair facility. In all cases, the repair costs will be paid directly to the shop of your choice. Proudly, our underwriter offers guaranteed approval or denial of claim benefits within 90 minutes of receipt of a faxed request or the claim is automaticly approved.

Since I haven't had any serious problems with my vehicle, do I really need an extended warranty?
Yes! All cars are mechanical and will most likely have some sort of failure. Engines, Transmissions, A/C units, pumps and motors are the most common problems. With today's new technology, our ability to repair our own vehicles has nearly become a thing of the past.

How new does my car have to be to be eligible for coverage?

Do I have to use my dealer where the car was purchased for repairs?
Not at all! The choice of repair facilties is your discretion. We suggest that you go to a matching dealer for repairs but there are many licensed repair shops that perform excellent work and can often get to your job much sooner than a busy dealership.
